DIY Fall Centerpiece

The following post is sponsored by Lavazza.
As always, all opinions are my own. For more information see my disclosures here.

Fall is my favorite season for many reasons – clothing, weather, warm drinks, and most importantly home decor. I’ve added fall touches to our living room, including a chunky throw, fall candles, and a large faux-fur pillow. However, one area of our home that was lacking some fall-inspired decor was our dining room.

I completed this DIY on Saturday in less than 10 minutes, using items I already had. Keep reading if your interested in learning how to make this gorgeous coffee-themed centerpiece.

DIY Fall Centerpiece

Items Needed for Candle Holders

  • 2 different sized mason jars
  • decorative sand
  • coffee grinds
  • 2 tea-light candles
  • red twine or yarn

Instructions

Fill up 1/2 to 3/4 of the jars with sand. Fill the remainder with coffee grinds. Place a tea-light candle on top of the coffee in each jar. Wrap red twine or yarn around the mouth of the jars a few times. Then tie a bow.

Place candle holders on a large circular or rectangular tray. Add pinecones and a small bud vase filled with faux red and orange berries. Light the candles and enjoy your new easy DIY fall centerpiece!

This coffee-related DIY certainly had me craving a cup of java, so I had a pot brewing in the background. My favorite blend at the moment is Lavazza‘s Caffe Espresso. It’s nice and dark, and will definitely put a pep in your step! It’s perfect for mornings when you have a lot of errands to run or chores around the house to complete.

love fall-super cute idea-thanks so much for sharing!

You’re welcome Jen! Thanks for reading 🙂

Never would have thought to use coffee! Bet it smells great. 🙂

It does!! Be use to use a scent-free candle tho. That way the smells don’t overpower each other.

So simple, yet so pretty! I’m just getting the house ready with fall decor so I can’t wait to add this to it 🙂

I’m so glad you’re going to incorporate this into your decor! It’s so easy and really inexpensive!

So pretty! Love this…gets me excited for the upcoming months!

This is beautiful! It would fit my decor so well that I could actually use it all the way through Christmas (which is an awesome bonus)! Thanks for sharing!

🙂 Glad I could provide some inspiration!
