Gift Guide for the Fitness Lover

Hello! Today’s gift guide is for the fitness lover in your life. A lot of the products below are my personal favorites, or items that I’ve added to my own wishlist this year. I’ve recently realized that I haven’t purchased new workout gear in YEARS, so putting together this gift guide was a lot of fun. Enjoy!

Gift Guide for the Fitness Lover

1. Lululemon Inspire Tight II: I LOVE these, so I added them to my wishlist this year.  I tried them on a few weekends ago and need them in my life. They are NOT see-thru like some Lululemon tights, and they have a cool mesh detailing at the bottom. You could wear these during any type of workout, but also while running errands, hanging out at home, etc. Tip: They run a bit small, so go up a size. I’m usually a 0-2, and the 4s fit great.

2. Nike Roshe Two Sneakers: These mesh sneakers are really versatile. They are great for working out, but they also look great with jeans. They are lightweight and breathable, and are actually another item on my own wishlist!

3. BKR Glass Water Bottle: Every fitness lover needs a good water bottle, and BKR is one of my favorite brands. The bottle I have is a coral color, but I’m currently loving this mint one! BKR bottles are great because they’re glass, so your water won’t have a weird aluminum taste like some bottles do. It’s small enough to throw into a gym bag, and will also fit into car cup holders.

4. Fitbit Alta: I’m personally not into fitness trackers, but I know that so many people are. This one is apparently really lightweight, and looks a lot more fashionable than some others that I’ve seen. This one measures hours and quality of sleep, logs workouts, sets reminders, and helps you achieve your fitness goals.

5. Zella Cozy Zip Up: A nice zip up is an essential for anyone who likes to workout. They’ll wear it to and from the gym or studio every day. I love zip ups as opposed to pull overs, because it’s easier to take it off during my workout once I’ve warmed up.

6. Nike Pro Indy Sports Bra: This sports bra has been featured on a few of my holiday gift guides over the years, so I had to include it again. I’m obsessed with the cut of this bra, and love this color combo. I’m generally not a big color fan, but the lime green is a nice pop. I always forget that I need new sports bras, so I’ve made a mental note to purchase this one for myself after the holidays. Plus, they sell this at Zappos, so FREE shipping!

7. Puma Greta Running Hat: I prefer hats over headbands while I’m running or working out, because headbands ALWAYS tend to slip no matter what the product’s marketing says. This Puma one is similar to one that I have, and I wear it all the time. It’s lightweight and cute enough to wear inside and outside the gym.

8. Alo Yoga Tank: I really don’t like wearing super form fitting tops when I workout. A lot of tanks wind up sticking to me, and it’s not cute or comfortable! If you have a friend who does a lot of yoga or pilates, I think this tank would be perfect. It’s flowy, but not TOO baggy.
