Something I don’t talk too much about is jewelry, but today I’m sharing a really cool jewelry designer I’ve recently come across, Chelsea Charles. You’re probably thinking, what does jewelry have to do with living a healthier lifestyle? Well, my friends… LET. ME. TELL. YOU.

Chelsea’s “Count Me Healthy” bracelets are not only really cute, but they are also functional. They have moveable beads so you can keep track of things like how many bottles of water you’ve had, workouts you’ve completed, pounds you’ve lost, and much more. I’ve been using my Original Silver bracelet to keep track of water intake.

I love how the bracelet is adjustable in size. Once you put the bracelet on, you can squeeze the cuff for a perfect fit. I have tiny wrists, so I’m thankful for this feature! 

I also am a huge fan of the fact that it’s a “journal” for your wrist. I’ve tried keeping track of my water intake using apps on my iPhone, and it never became a habit. I would forget to update the app frequently, so I eventually deleted it. The bracelet is a constant reminder to drink more water!

I hope to get a couple more of these bracelets so I can keep track of other goals of mine including how many times per week I did yoga and how many times per week I made a green smoothie instead of my morning coffee.
