Wednesday Round Up on simply-nicole.com

Hey guys. Happy Wednesday. The week is basically half way over, and the weekend is sort of close? I’d like to think so at least.

Anyway, I’ll be needing a large coffee today to get through a long work meeting, but other than that, the day should be pretty low-key. I’m going to yoga later tonight and I’m really looking forward to it. Each class serves a different purpose for me. Maybe I’ll do a whole post on it? But in general, Align and Flow helps me feel powerful, strong and connected, while Gentle Yoga helps me relax and stretch. The variety of classes helps switch it up so I never get bored.

Ahh yoga. It’s just so good. If you’ve never tried a class, I HIGHLY recommend it. If you’re not sure about heading out to a studio just yet, start your yoga practice at home. {I did a whole post about at-home yoga here}. Either way, just start. I swear by yoga. Since getting a monthly membership in January, I’ve seen a huge improvement on my flexibility, focus, and even anxiety.

Okay, let’s get into this week’s Wednesday Round Up…

Totally agree on having a regular yoga practice to help with overall well-being. Have you tried yin yoga? It’s one of my favorites for re-centering myself + does some serious targeted flexibility building.

LOVE yin yoga. I don’t get to that class too often because it’s at a weird time, but I am obsessed w. it.
