Weekend Recap

Happy Monday everyone.  Today is a very busy day for me.  I have a lot of items on my to-do list, and actually am hoping to get them all done.  But let’s take a look at my weekend for a minute.  Bry and I had a lot of fun this weekend and we went a few favorite spots.

Finally went to the bar to have my first pumpkin ale!

Although there were a lot of drinks to choose from, Bry, his friend and myself all got pumpkin.
On Saturday my Marie Clare magazine subscription finally came in the mail.  It’s so frustrating sometimes, because I see the newest issue in the stores a week before I get it in the mail!  Marie Clare is such a great magazine though– so much better than Cosmopolitan, so I wait for it.

Saturday night I pulled out two of my favorite “pamper” items and put them to use.  I don’t use these products daily, so when I do use them, I feel like I am at a spa!  [Multivitamin Power Recovery c/o Dermalogica & Argon Oil c/o Eden Allure].  Yes, these products were sent to me for free, but I got them about a year ago and am still using them.  All the gifted products I use and write positive reviews on are products that I would personally purchase with my own money.  You can read my full review policy

On Sunday, Bry and I headed to this little coffee shop in our town for breakfast.  I had a pumpkin coffee (yum!), 2 eggs, potatoes, and rye toast.  Rye toast is my favorite bread when ordering out.  Bry got some sort of meat lovers omelet that had all types of breakfast meat in it.  After breakfast we walked around a town near by that I’d never been to.  We ended up having dinner at Panera, which is always tasty.  I don’t have any photos from that though.  However, I do have a picture of Bryan playing video games in Sam’s Club…
Stay tuned this afternoon for a giveaway featuring my new favorite item to keep my blog organized!
