Awesome Arm Workout

Since I’ve been back in the gym, I’ve started coming up with some fun workouts. I hate going to the gym and doing the same routine over day after day (plus it’s not good to do that anyway). I love switching things up and trying new exercises. It keeps things interesting! Last week, I shared with you my leg burning workout and today I am bringing you my Awesome Arm Workout. At my gym, the tricep pull down and low cable curl machine is the same machine. I only had to adjust the bar to change the exercise. I love gym equipment that serve many purposes. I also enjoyed this workout, because I could do it in under 20 minutes! If you’re interested in trying this workout, please comment below and let me know if you liked it.     I’m huge on workouts that are 30 minutes or less!! All mine are that way because I either A) get hungry or B) just get tired of doing it haha.
