Great New Videos from Reflexion Yoga

You all know by now that I swear by Reflexion Yoga.  I’ve been using the service for almost a year now and don’t know how I would fit yoga in my schedule without it.  That being said, I wanted to let you guys know of some great new videos that have been uploaded to the site.  I’m going to be trying these out this week and next and will be tweeting about my experiences afterwards.  So be sure to follow me on Twitter!

    Thanks for bringing this to my attention! I’ve been doing some instagram Yoga challenges, but I’m getting discouraged by my lack of flexibility. I’m thinking about getting more into Yoga in 2014, and Reflexion looks promising (I bookmarked it to look into later)… and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t drawn in by the idea of ‘Ninja Yoga’ 😉
