Working Gal

Hello peeps.  You may or may not know this, but yesterday marked my first day as a full-time employee.  I won’t mention what company I work for, but I work in marketing.  It’s so strange being gone all day.  After working from home 24/7 since August, I’ve gotten used to the benefits of working from home.   However, I was thinking about it on my commute home last night… there are so many benefits for working full-time in an actual office.  Let me break these down for you.

+
interacting with humans in a face to face environment!
drinking much more water than I have been.  yesterday I drank 40 fluid ounces!
reason to get dressed up in the mornings.  no more wearing pj’s all day.
welcome basket filled with mini chocolates- including my favorite: 3 musketeers.

when do I run?  lunch break is out because I’ll more than likely be eating at my desk and catching up on work.

less time with this guy.

I haven’t gotten into a routine or schedule yet, but I like coming home, having dinner, taking a shower, and plopping into bed and writing posts.  This post was actually written on Monday night.  Check out what’s going on right now:

that is bryan standing on top of the dresser trying to fix his sound system.

Just the normal. Bry standing on top of dresser, while I am writing a blog post and watching “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” He actually loathes that show, I’m surprised he didn’t make me turn it off, because he was already frustrated.

If you work full time, when do you get a chance to run? besides on a lunch break (which isn’t an option)
